摘要 为加强电梯安全管理及评估电梯综合安全水平,降低电梯运行中的风险,提出一种基于层次分析法和熵权法的组合赋权模型应用于电梯的安全评价。通过对我国近年来电梯事故发生形态和产生事故的原因进行统计分析,建立了影响电梯安全运行的20个因素的评价指标体系,为减少人为因素对电梯安全水平评价的主观影响,采用熵权法计算各指标权重,实现了对电梯事故风险的量化评估。结合新疆区域实例应用结果表明:该组合赋权模型应用于电梯的安全评价,可以得到电梯的安全水平等级,且评价结果与实际情况相吻合。 With the rapid increase of the number of elevators, a combined weighting model based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is proposed to be applied to the safety evaluation of elevators, in order to strengthen the elevator safety management, evaluate the comprehensive safety level of elevators and reduce the risk in elevator operation. Based on the statistical analysis of the occurrence forms and causes of elevator accidents in China in recent years, an evaluation index system of 20 factors affecting the safe operation of elevator is established. In order to reduce the subjective impact of human factors on the evaluation of elevator safety level, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each index, and the quantitative evaluation of elevator accident risk is realized. Combined with the regional example of Xinjiang, the application results show that the combined weighting model can be applied to the safety evaluation of elevator, and the safety level of elevator can be obtained, and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.
