基于AGV技术的电力营销短信推送过程自主控制系统设计

摘要 由于电力客户规模的不断加大,现有系统无法自主控制短信推送过程的流量与拥塞情况,致使系统的吞吐量低。为了提升系统吞吐量,设计了基于AGV技术的电力营销短信推送过程自主控制系统,其硬件单元由控制台、服务器、呼叫支撑平台等构成;软件模块为短信推送流量控制模块、短信推送拥塞控制模块与数据库构建模块。AGV技术主要应用在短信推送拥塞控制模块,用来消解电力营销短信推送拥塞情况。实验结果显示:与对比系统相比较,设计系统平均吞吐量在单连接背景与多连接背景下分别提升了59.82 Kbps与33.84 Kbps,充分证实了设计系统的有效性与可行性。 Due to the increasing scale of power customers,the existing system cannot control the flow and congestion of SMS push process independently,so that the system has low throughput.In order to improve the system throughput,a power marketing SMS push process autonomous control system is designed,the hardware unit is composed of console,server,call support platform,etc.;and the software module is SMS push flow control module,SMS push congestion control module and database construction module.The AGV technology is mainly used in SMS push congestion control module.Its function is to solve the congestion of SMS push in power marketing.The experimental results show that:compared with the contrast system,the average throughput of the designed system is improved by 59.82 Kbps and 33.84 Kbps under the background of single connection and multi connection respectively,which fully proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the design system.
