摘要
基于装修改造项目管理经验,对装修改造项目EPC工程总承包管理中的设计工作的费控管理、进度管理和质量管理以及采购工作的供应商管理和进度管理进行了分析,并结合LSCS施工管理体系对装修改造项目的EPC工程总承包管理进行了总结。
Based on the management experience of decoration and renovation project,this paper analyzes the cost control management,schedule management and quality management of design work,supplier management and schedule management of procurement work in the EPC project general contracting management of decoration and renovation project,and summarizes the EPC contracting management of decoration and renovation project in combination with LSCS construction management system.
