摘要 开展高速铁路灾害监测大数据分析应用,有助于高速铁路沿线灾害的精细化监测,辅助灾害监测系统运用、维护、管理等决策,为基础设施检测、动车组列车运行等提供高速铁路沿线灾害信息,在更大范围发挥数据对铁路安全生产的支撑作用。围绕高速铁路灾害监测系统发展和灾害监测数据共享需求,在分析高速铁路灾害监测数据的特征及应用需求的基础上,提出高速铁路灾害监测大数据分析系统的设计目标及定位,采用国铁集团主数据中心一级部署,国铁集团、铁路局集团公司、站段、车间四级应用模式,设计了系统架构。从铁路和气象监测数据融合分析应用、灾害时空分布规律、灾害监测设备状态分析、数据共享等方面提出灾害监测大数据分析的典型应用场景,为高速铁路灾害防御和安全生产提供决策支持。 Analyzing and applying the big data of a high speed railway disaster monitoring system is helpful to the fine monitoring of disasters along the high speed railway and the decision support for the application, management, and maintenance of the disaster monitoring system. It can provide disaster information along the high speed railway for infrastructure detection and electric multiple units(EMUs) operation, which can make disaster monitoring data play a larger supporting role in railway safety production. Focusing on the development of high speed railway disaster monitoring systems and the demand for disaster monitoring data sharing, this paper put forward the design objectives and positioning of the big data analysis system of high speed railway disaster monitoring. The system architecture was designed by adopting the primary deployment of the main data center of China State Railway Group and the four-level application mode of China State Railway Group, local railway groups, stations and depots, and workshops. Typical application scenarios of disaster monitoring based on big data analysis were proposed from the aspects of the analysis and application of railway and meteorological monitoring data fusion, spatial and temporal distributions of disasters, status analysis of disaster monitoring equipment, and data sharing. This research can provide decision support for disaster prevention and safety production of high speed railway.
