列车车底变更铁路票务席位置换系统研究

Study on the Replacement System of Railway Ticket Seats under Train Undercarriage Altering

由于列车在席位发售预售期内发生车底变更,旅客已经购买的车票需要换编倒号到新车底席位后,才能正常乘车,否则可能出现上车后找不到座位的情况。随着高速铁路的快速建设与投入运营,高速铁路列车开行对数快速增加,导致车底变更业务频繁,铁路局集团公司列车车底换编席位置换业务工作量大、效率低,站车客运组织压力大,因而设计研究了铁路票务席位置换系统。在分析车底换编席位置换业务特征的基础上,设计研究了系统的总体架构、业务流程、业务功能,探讨了系统的换编策略、置换策略、服务化处理等关键技术。系统的应用推广,有效提高了全流程作业效率、缓解了站车客运组织压力、提升了旅客满意度,做到了提前准备、有序引导、安全乘车、不漏乘不错乘。

Due to the train undercarriage altering during the pre-sale period, tickets that passengers have already purchased will be changed in terms of the seat number and then correspond to new seats so that passengers can take the train normally. Otherwise, they may not find their seats after getting on the train. With the rapid construction and operation of high speed railways, the number of high speed trains in operation rapidly increases, which brings frequent train undercarriage altering. Local railway groups are under a heavy workload of altering train undercarriage and replacing the seat, with low efficiency and great pressure on organizing the transportation of stations and trains. Therefore, the replacement system of railway ticket seats was designed. Based on the characteristics of train undercarriage altering and seat replacement, this paper designed and studied the overall architecture, business process, and business functions of the system and discussed key technologies of the system, such as the altering strategy, replacement strategy, and serviceoriented processing. The application and promotion of the system effectively improve the operation efficiency in the whole process, alleviate the pressure on the station and train organization, and improve the satisfaction degree of passengers through advanced preparation, orderly guidance, safe ride, and smooth ride.
