摘要
建立了加速溶剂萃取-固相萃取-气相色谱法同时测定土壤中阿特拉津与乙草胺。采用加速溶剂萃取提取目标物,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯(体积比1∶1)为萃取溶剂与淋洗溶剂时,提取效果最好。在阿特拉津与乙草胺浓度为0.05~5.0 mg/L的线性范围内,其线性相关系数分别为0.9980与0.9970。对空白土壤样品进行0.25 mg/kg水平的加标,阿特拉津与乙草胺的平均回收率分别为94.0%与93.3%;利用所建立起来的方法进行0.05 mg/kg、0.25 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg质量浓度点空白加标回收试验,加标回收率为91.0%~94.0%,相对标准偏差为4.1%~7.5%,阿特拉津与乙草胺的方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg。该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、准确度好,满足土壤有机污染物分析质量控制要求。
A method for the external standard quantitative analysis of atrazine and acetochlor in soil by ASE-SPE-GC-ECD was established.The target was extracted by accelerated solvent extraction, When hexane∶ethyl acetate(volume ratio 1∶1) was used as the extraction solvent and eluent solvent, the extraction effect was the best.The average recoveries of atrazine and acetochlor in 0.25 mg/kg soil samples were 94.0% and 93.3%.The linear correlation coefficients of atrazine and acetochlor were 0.998 and 0.997 in the range of 0.05 mg/L-5.0 mg/L.The established method was used for blank labeled recovery tests at 0.05 mg/kg, 0.25 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg mass concentration points.The detection limits of atrazine and acetochlor were both 0.01 mg/kg.The recoveries of atrazine and acetochlor at three labeled concentration points were 91.0%-94.0%,and the RSD range was 4.1%-7.5%.The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the quality control requirements of soil organic matter analysis.
