“民宿+”模式推动乡村振兴发展路径研究--以北京门头沟区百花山社民宿为例

Research on the Path of Rural Revitalization and Development Promoted by"Homestay Inns+"Model—Taking Baihuashan Homestay as Examples

民宿是近年来快速发展的乡村新兴产业业态,在乡村振兴的国家战略下,民宿需要进一步增强对周边乡村区域的辐射带动和协同发展能力。立足乡村振兴的时代要求和民宿产业发展趋势,提出民宿与乡村经济、社会、环境、文化系统有机融合的“民宿+”发展模式及发展路径。最后结合百花山社民宿案例,提出如何立足乡村实际,以“民宿+”推动乡村的全面振兴的具体方式。

Homestay is a rural emerging industry with rapid development in recent years.Under the national strategy of rural revitalization,homestays need to further enhance their ability to radiate and coordinate development in the surrounding areas.Based on the times call of rural revitalization and the development trend of the homestay industry,this paper proposes the"homestay inns+"development model and path which organically integrate homestay with rural economic,social,environmental and cultural systems.Finally,combined with the case of Baihuashan Homestay,this paper explores how to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with"homestayinns+"based on the actual situation.
