Research on the Construction of Community Health Service System in the Post-epidemic Era

新冠肺炎疫情自2019年末发生以来,我国的社区卫生服务体系经受了巨大冲击和考验。在我们付出了巨大努力并取得了抗疫积极成果的同时,也应该看到,我国社区卫生服务体系仍存在诸如公共卫生制度不健全、硬软件设施不完善等短板和不足。在全球疫情仍处于高发态势,疫情走向尚不明朗之时,加强公共卫生制度、硬软件设施和人才队伍建设,提高医务人员的晋升机会和福利待遇,加强医务人员精神心理状态监控与关爱,加快社区卫生服务体系建设、加强公共卫生相关领域的研究已然迫在眉睫。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019, China’s community health service system has experienced great impact and test. While we have made great efforts and achieved positive results in the fight against epidemic diseases, we should also see that the community health service system in China still has shortcomings and deficiencies, such as imperfect public health system, imperfect hardware and software facilities. At a time when the global epidemic is still at a high incidence and the trend of the epidemic is still unclear, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of public health system, hardware and software facilities and talent teams, improve the promotion opportunities and welfare benefits of medical personnel, strengthen the monitoring and care of the mental state of medical personnel, speed up the construction of community health service system and strengthen the research in related fields of public health.
