全面抗战时期,一大批来源面广、层次多样的军事工业人才为谋求救亡图存之道奔赴延安,这些具有丰富技术经验、鲜明精神特质的军工人才为根据地的科技发展和生产建设奠定了良好基础。随着军工人才队伍的扩充以及军事工业发展的需要,党中央和陕甘宁边区也愈发重视军工人才队伍的建设和发展,并以此人才群体为支撑逐步建立起较为完善的军事工业体系。通过剖析陕甘宁边区军工人才群体,以史通今,为推进当下人才群体工作提供有益启迪。

During the Anti-Japanese War,a large number of military industrial talents went to Yan’an to save the nation from the subjugation from Japan.These military industrial talents had strong skills,rich experiences and distinctive spiritual characteristics,which laid a foundation for the development of science and technology and the production and construction of the base areas.With the expansion of military industrial talents and the development of military industries,the Central Committee of the CPC and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border regions came to emphasize the construction and development of military industrial talents and established a military industrial system based on these talents.The analysis of the military industrial talents in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border regions is illuminative for the work of talents at present.
