西部数字乡村建设中的农村老年“数字鸿沟”探析

Analysis of Elders’“Digital Divide”in Digital Rural Construction of Western Area

在信息化日渐演进的今天,数字化已成为乡村振兴与农村现代化发展的关键。在数字乡村建设中,西部地区的农村老年人数字化工程陷入困境。其中,“数字鸿沟”问题尤为凸显,具体表现在老人数字化可及性不足、数字技能匮乏、适老化产品少及数字化环境缺失等方面。基于此,提出培养西部乡村地区老人数字融入能力、技术推动适老化产品发展以及构建多方参与的支持体系,进而促进老年群体和数字化共生发展,以有效推动数字乡村建设。

With the development of informatization,digitalization has become a critical component of the rural revitalization.Elders are facing great challenges in the digitalization of rural areas,including“digital divide”such as the lack of digital capability,products and environments for elders.To promote the adaptation of elders to digitalization,this article suggests increasing elders’digital capability,expanding the digital products that suit elders and constructing the support systems participated by multiple stakeholders.
