摘要 为了提高破片杀伤战斗部在防空反导任务上的毁伤威力,研究了在弯曲载荷下线列式结构毁伤相较于聚焦式结构毁伤的毁伤效果增益。基于应力集中效应进行了理论分析,设计了模拟飞机外壳受这两种毁伤模式的结构等效靶标并对其在弯曲载荷下的应力分布进行了数值模拟计算和静力学实验验证。研究结果表明,相比于聚焦式结构毁伤,在相同载荷下线列式结构毁伤使目标结构内最大应力平均提高16%,达到屈服破坏所需的载荷平均减少18%。 In order to improve the damage power of fragment killing warhead in air defense and anti missile mission,the damage effect gain of linear structure damage compared with focused structure damage under bending load was studied.Based on the theoretical analysis of stress concentration effect,the structural equivalent target simulating the two damage modes of aircraft shell was designed,and its stress distribution under bending load was verified by numerical simulation and statics experiment.The results show that compared with focused structure damage,linear structure damage increases the maximum stress in the target structure by 16%under the same load and reduces the load required to achieve yield failure by 18%.
