摘要
中国工业系统中的物质消耗和经济投入越来越多,污染物处理也越发重要,由此产生的能耗应该被重视。因此提出了一种全能耗评价方法,并基于此方法建立了全能耗评价指标体系,此指标体系包含了一个一级指标——全能耗以及四个二级指标——直接能耗、间接能耗、污染处理能耗以及经济投入能耗,此评价方法在计算过程中无需确定权重,且将能源、物质、经济和环境等各因素均包含在内。最后计算了某烧结烟气脱硫系统的全能耗,结果发现经济投入能耗、间接能耗和污染物处理能耗都是不可忽略的,此外通过与综合能耗的对比,发现全能耗评价方法相比传统能耗评价方法有更大的优势。
Material consumption and economic input in industrial systems are increasing,and pollutant treatment became very important,so the energy consumption generated by these should be considered.A total energy consumption evaluation index system was established,which consists of one primary index-total energy consumption and four secondary indexes-direct energy consumption,indirect energy consumption,pollution treatment energy consumption and economic input energy consumption.The determination of weights was not required in the calculation process of this evaluation method and includes energy,material,economy,and environment.Finally,the total energy consumption of a sintered flue gas desulphurisation system was calculated,and it was found that the economic input energy consumption,indirect energy consumption and pollutant treatment energy consumption were all given attention.In addition,a comparison with the comprehensive energy consumption shows that the total energy evaluation method has more significant advantages than the traditional energy evaluation method.
