浅埋综采工作面区段煤柱宽度优化 被引量:5

摘要 以龙华煤矿3^(-1)煤30203工作面为工程背景,采用现场实测,理论分析和数值模拟的方法进行了区段煤柱宽度优化研究。建立了三维有限差分模型,分析了不同煤柱宽度时煤柱的弹性区宽度,煤柱支承应力分布规律以及顺槽围岩变形特征。完成了煤柱松动区数字钻孔成像和煤柱受力特性现场实测方案设计并开展了实测分析,得出了顺槽煤柱松动区范围和塑性区宽度。实测结果表明20 m的区段煤柱宽度有优化的空间。综合分析数值模拟和理论分析的结果,建议龙华煤矿3^(-1)煤综采工作面区段煤柱合理宽度为15 m。最后进行现场工业性试验验证了理论分析和数值模拟的合理性。该研究结果可以提高煤层回采率,增加经济效益,可为类似开采条件下区段煤柱的留设提供参考。 Based on the engineering background of the working face of coal 30203 of Longhua Coal Mine 3^(-1),the optimization research on the width of section pillar was carried out by means of field measurement,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.A three-dimensional finite difference model was established to analyze the elastic zone width of coal pillar,distribution of supporting stress of coal pillar and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of groove under different coal pillar widths.The digital borehole imaging of the coal pillar loose zone and the field measurement scheme of the coal pillar stress characteristics were designed and analyzed.The range of the coal pillar loose zone and the width of the plastic zone are obtained.The measured results show that there is room for optimization of the width of 20 m section of coal pillar.Based on the comprehensive analysis of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,it is suggested that the reasonable width of coal pillar in the section of the fully mechanized coal face of 3^(-1) coal mining in Longhua Coal Mine should be 15 m.Finally,the rationality of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is verified by field test.The results of this study can improve the recovery rate of coal seam,increase economic benefits,and extend to the retention of section coal pillar under similar mining conditions,providing a certain reference.
