摘要
音乐调节在疲劳恢复领域应用广泛,为了解决草原公路因单调驾驶环境造成的驾驶疲劳的恢复问题,提出了音乐调节的恢复方式,对草原公路驾驶疲劳的恢复情况进行有效性探究。通过草原公路模拟驾驶实验,将20名驾驶人随机分为两组,分别进行自然恢复和音乐环境下的驾驶疲劳恢复实验,并采集驾驶人静测、驾驶作业过程中和疲劳恢复期的脑电信号,分析不同恢复方式下驾驶人脑电信号的变化规律,探究音乐对草原公路驾驶人疲劳恢复的有效性。实验结果表明:驾驶人脑电信号的α波和θ波指标在驾驶疲劳恢复期内的反应最为敏感,利用这两项指标进行不同恢复方式下驾驶疲劳恢复期的差异性分析。草原公路模拟驾驶实验180 min后,在30 min的疲劳恢复期内,音乐调节组驾驶人的恢复时间为12~15 min,自然恢复组驾驶人的疲劳恢复时间为27~30 min。
Music adjustment is widely used in the field of fatigue recovery.In order to lessen driving fatigue caused by monotonous driving environment on grassland road,the method of using music to lessen fatigue was presented,and the validity of the degree of fatigue recovery on grassland road was studied.Through simulated driving experiment on grassland road,20 drivers were divided into two parts and put into driving fatigue experiments on the condition of natural recovery and music assistance,and electroencephalogram(EEG)signals of drivers during static test,driving operation and fatigue recovery period were collected,respectively.Analyzed the change rules of electroencephalogram of drivers under different recovery methods,probed into the effectiveness of music on the fatigue mitigation on grassland road.The results show that:during this experiment,theαandθwave index of electroencephalogram is most sensitive during the fatigue recovering period.By these two indexes,differences analysis is made between different recovering choices.A stimulated driving experiment on grassland road lasted 180 minutes.Within the 30-minute fatigue recovering period,the recovering time of the music-assistant group is 12~15 minutes,while the other is 27~30 minutes.
