二氧化氯对口腔牙科综合治疗椅水路系统生物膜控制效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究二氧化氯对口腔牙科综合治疗椅水路系统(DUWL)生物膜控制效果。方法选取某口腔医院牙科综合治疗椅30台,随机分为二氧化氯1、3、5、7和10 mg/L消毒组及对照组,每组5台,对照组采用无菌蒸馏水。现场采样和细菌培养比较杀灭率和生物膜覆盖率。结果二氧化氯浓度在5 mg/L以上各组从第2~5周对DUWL菌群平均杀灭率基本达到100%;对照组各组对DUWL菌群杀灭率范围在33.46%~84.45%。二氧化氯各浓度组消毒后的DUWL管道生物膜形成率明显低于对照组。结论二氧化氯5 mg/L对牙科综合治疗椅水路系统中菌群具有良好的杀灭效果,可有效降低生物膜的形成。 Objective To explore the correlation between the concentration of chlorine dioxide and its inhibitory effect on biofilm of dental unit water lines.Methods 30 dental comprehensive treatment chairs were selected,and were divided randomly into six groups according to disinfected with different concentration of chlorine dioxide 10 mg/L,7 mg/L,5 mg/L,3 mg/L,1 mg/L,and control group was set,with 5 units in each group.The control group was simply disinfected with sterile distilled water.The disinfection effect and biofilm coverage rates in each group were compared.Results The killing rates of chlorine dioxide with concentration above 5 mg/L were all 100%from week 2 to week 5.And the range of killing rate of control group was 33.46%~84.45%.The biofilm coverage rates of chlorine dioxide groups were significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion The inhibition effect of chlorine dioxide with concentration above 5 mg/L to bacterial of dental comprehensive treatment chair water system is good,and can decrease the forming of biofilm.
