摘要
目的观察阴道超声探头消毒器的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验和病毒灭活试验,观察阴道超声探头消毒器(消毒因子为LED紫外线,波长273.4 nm、半峰宽9.4 nm、功率50 mW)杀灭微生物的效果。结果开启阴道超声探头消毒器作用3 s对阴道探头污染的细菌繁殖体的杀灭对数值>3.0;作用5 s对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>3.0;作用12 s,对污染的病毒的杀灭对数值>3.0;作用30 s,对污染的细菌芽孢的杀灭对数值>3.0。结论阴道超声探头消毒器具有快速消毒作用。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a vaginal ultrasonic probes disinfector.Methods Suspension germicidal test,simulated field test and virus inactivation test were used to observe the disinfection effect of vaginal ultrasonic probe disinfector(the disinfection factor was the LED ultraviolet light with wavelength 273.4 nm,a half-peak width of 9.4 nm,and a power of 50 mW).Results After turning on the vaginal ultrasonic probe disinfector for 3 seconds,the killing logarithm value of the bacterial propagator on the vaginal probe model was above 3.0.After 5 s,the killing logarithm value of the contaminated Candida albicans was above 3.0.After 12 s,the killing logarithm value of the contaminated virus was above 3.0.After 30 seconds of action,the killing logarithm value of the contaminated bacterial spores was above 3.0.Conclusion The vaginal ultrasonic probe disinfector has rapid disinfection effect.
