重庆基层医疗机构眼科手术器械的管理现状调查

Investigation on management status of ophthalmic surgical instruments in local medical institutions in Chongqing

目的了解重庆乡镇医院、民营医院、社区医院等基层医疗机构眼科手术器械的管理现状。方法便利选取基层医疗机构,采用自制问卷调查在眼科器械集中管理、人员岗位培训、管理者素质和器械预处理、清洗、包装、灭菌等环节存在的问题。结果共发放32份问卷,回收32份有效问卷。5家医疗机构由消毒供应中心(CSSD)集中管理眼科器械;2家器械管理者是工人;7家未接受器械处置岗位培训;23家医疗机构实施预处理,2家使用自来水;3家采用超声清洗,15家采用单独清洗;24家采用酶清洗剂,11家清洗液非一用一换;3家采用非流动水漂洗器械;7家使用棉布包装材料;23家应用环氧乙烷灭菌法,8家应用过氧化氢等离子灭菌法。结论重庆基层医疗机构应将眼科手术器械纳入CSSD集中管理,完善人员岗位培训,提升管理者素质,进一步规范器械预处理、清洗、灭菌环节管理,降低器械感染风险,保障眼科患者手术安全。

Objective To know the status of management of ophthalmic surgical instruments in local medical institutions such as township hospitals,private hospitals and community hospitals in Chongqing.Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to seek the problems of ophthalmic instruments in centralized management,on-the-job training,management quality,pretreatment,cleaning,packaging,sterilization and others.Results A total of 32 questionnaires were distributed and 32 valid questionnaires were recovered.CSSD was responsible for the centralized management of ophthalmic instruments in 5 medical institutions,2 equipment managers belonged to workers,7 institutions did not receive on-the-job training on device disposal.23 medical institutions implemented pretreatment and 2 used tap water.Ultrasonic cleaning was used in 3 institutions and separate cleaning was used in 15 institutions.24 institutions used enzyme cleaning agent and 11 used cleaning solution instead of one for one.3 institutions adopted non flowing water washing equipment.7 institutions used cotton packaging materials.23 institutions applied ethylene oxide sterilization and 8 applied hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization.Conclusion Chongqing's local medical institutions should incorporate ophthalmic surgical instruments into CSSD centralized management.Improving on-the-job training,improving the quality of managers,further standardizing the management of instrument pretreatment,cleaning method,sterilization methods and other links should be done to reduce the risk of instrument infection and ensure the operation safety of ophthalmic patients.
