湖南省消毒供应中心专科护士培训认知及需求调查研究

Investigation on awareness and needs of specialist nurse training in CSSD of Hunan province

目的调查湖南省消毒供应中心(CSSD)专科护士对培训的认知及需求情况。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,通过问卷星对湖南省182家医疗机构831名CSSD护士进行横断面调查。结果CSSD专科护士培训认知得分为(4.53±0.42),不同的医院等级、年龄、学历、职业规划、接受专科护士培训、专科护士培训的必要性等得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CSSD护士对专科护士培训内容的需求得分为(4.57±0.53),培训师资的需求得分为(4.57±0.57),实践内容的需求得分为(4.54±0.55),“临床实践教学”的培训形式需求占75.1%,“两个月”的培训时间需求占44.4%。结论CSSD护士对专科护士培训的认知水平较高,对专科护士培训的需求较全面。

Objective To investigate the awareness and needs of specialist nurse training in central sterile supply department(CSSD)in Hunan Province.Methods A total of 831 nurses from 182 medical institutions in Hunan province was surveyed by using a self-designed questionnaire.Results The cognitive score of specialist nurse training in CSSD was(4.53±0.42),and the scores of different hospital grades,ages,educational backgrounds,career planning,requests for specialist nurse training and the necessity of specialist nurse training were statistically significant(P<0.05).The demand score of the nurses in CSSD for the training content of specialist nurses was(4.57±0.53),the demand score of the training teachers was(4.57±0.57),and the demand score of the practice content was(4.54±0.55),the training form of“clinical practice teaching”accounted for 75.1%,and the training time of“two months”accounted for 44.4%.Conclusion The nurse in CSSD are highly aware of specialist nurse training and their needs are comprehensive.
