摘要
针对水平井产出剖面测试需求和传统生产测井技术的局限性和建立数字化油田所需的单井生产数据不够精细,提出了量子点示踪剂产出剖面测试技术,对长水平井进行长时间生产动态监测。建立了瞬态监测阶段和稳态监测阶段量子点示踪剂产出模型,提出了量子点示踪剂产出剖面采样、检测和解释的流程。通过1口水平井的应用论证了智能示踪剂技术在监测水平井各段油水产量的有效性,说明了量子点示踪剂监测技术具有连续分相态、分段监测井下生产动态的功能。智能示踪剂产出剖面测试与解释技术可以实时监测一口井的生产健康情况,发现产水段,为见水井精细调剖堵水提供帮助,为数字化油井和油田的建立提供精细化的数据。
Focusing on the requirements of horizontal well production testing,the limitations of traditional production logging technology and the insufficient data required to establish a digital oil field,a quantum dot tracer production testing technology was proposed to monitor dynamic oil and water production of horizontal wells.A quantum dot tracer model was established in the transient monitoring stage and steady-state monitoring stage,and the flow of sampling,detection and interpretation of the quantum dot tracer were proposed.The application of a horizontal well demonstrates the effectiveness of the intelligent tracer technology in monitoring the oil and water production in each section of the horizontal well,and demonstrates that the quantum dot tracer monitoring technology has the function of continuous monitoring of horizontal well production performance.The intelligent tracer production test and interpretation technology can monitor the production of a well,discover the water production section and provide refined data for the establishment of digital oil fields.
