摘要
根据取药操作的特点与技术要求,设计了直角坐标型取药机器人系统。对机器人总体机械结构、运动机构及传动机构进行建模设计,并对运动机构所承受的载荷、运动特性及运动过程参数进行理论分析与计算。据此完成驱动电机选择与校核计算、标准件选型、非标准件结构参数设计及材料选择。应用ANSYS Workbench对关键承载零部件进行有限元分析,验证其强度与刚度满足要求。所得设计结果对取药机器人研发具有工程实用价值。
According to the characteristics and technical requirements of the drug-fetching operation, a rectangular-coordinate-type drug-fetching robot was designed.The overall mechanical structure, motion mechanism and transmission mechanism of the robot were modeled and designed, and the load, motion characteristics and process parameters of the motion mechanism were theoretically analyzed and calculated.On this basis, the drive motor selection and checking calculation were completed, and the standard parts selection and non-standard parts structure parameter design and material selection were completed.Then ANSYS Workbench was applied to perform finite element analysis of the key load-bearing components, and verified their strength and rigidity.The design is of practical engineering value for the development of drug-fetching robots.
