摘要 高速永磁同步电机在设计转子屏蔽层结构时,主要采用在永磁体和护套之间添加高电导率金属薄层的屏蔽方法。为了探究不同屏蔽层结构对转子涡流损耗的影响,针对高速永磁电机转子涡流损耗分别设计了内、外屏蔽结构,对不同材料护套时两种屏蔽层结构的适用性分析。为了解决金属护套结构采用内屏蔽层结构屏蔽效果较差的问题,设计了屏蔽层周向分段结构,利用涡流反作用使得金属护套损耗进一步降低,增强了内屏蔽层结构的适用性。最后采用C型铁心实验验证了不同屏蔽层结构对涡流损耗的抑制作用。 When designing the shielding structure(SS)to suppress the rotor eddy current loss(RECL)in high-speed permanent magnet(PM)synchronous motors(HS-PMSMs),a very thin metal layer with extremely high conductivity is usually added between the PM and the sleeve.In order to investigate the effect of different SSs on the RECL,in this paper, the inner and outer SS are designed respectively for the HS-PMSMs, and the applicability of the two SSs with different sleeve materials is analyzed.In order to solve the problem of the poor shielding effect of the inner SS,a circumferential segmented structure of the SS is designed.The eddy current reaction is used to further reduce the metal sleeve loss and enhance the applicability of the inner SS.The C-core experiment is performed on the prototype to verify the effectiveness of different SSs.
