基于结构优化的进气系统噪声改善

摘要 进气系统的主要功能在于过滤并提供清洁的空气给发动机,在进气的过程中由于进气结构的限制会产生进气噪声。本文研究的目的在于改善因为增压器的使用而在松油门时在进气管道产生的泄气声,借鉴泄压阀泄掉压力然后通过消声元件消掉因泄气产生的噪音原理,提出一种通过结构更改消掉泄气噪音的方法,为通过结构优化解决进气系统噪声问题提供借鉴。 The main function of the air intake system is to filter and supply clean air to the engine.Due to the restrictions of the structure of the air intake system, noise will be generated in the process of air intake.The purpose of this study is to reduce the noise in the air intake pipeline in the process of loosening the throttle caused by the use of the supercharger.Referring to the principle of using a decompression valve to drain off the pressure and then eliminating the noise by using a silencer, the article proposes a method to eliminate the decompression noise by changing the structure, so as to provide reference for the solution of the air intake system noise problem base on structure improvement.
