混联式宽体自卸车动力系统控制策略研究

摘要 混联式宽体自卸车是一种采用混合动力的新型矿用自卸车。本文针对常用于“重载上坡-空载下坡”工况的混联式宽体自卸车,提出了基于规则与等效燃油消耗最小原则的混合动力系统控制策略,并对目标工况进行了仿真研究。首先分析了混联式矿用宽体自卸车的运行特点,根据其在不同运输阶段的负载特征,划分了混合动力系统的工作模式;其次,针对不同工作模式分别提出了基于规则和基于等效燃油消耗最小原则的控制策略,确定了最优油电等效因子的取值及电池荷电状态值的使用区间;最后,针对目标工况,对所提出的控制策略进行了仿真,验证了控制策略及优化参数的有效性。 Hybrid wide-body dumper is a new type of mining dumper with hybrid power.This paper proposes a hybrid power system control strategy based on rules and the principle of minimum equivalent fuel consumption for the hybrid wide-body dumper that is commonly used in heavy-load-uphill and no-load-downhill conditions.Firstly, the operation characteristics of the hybrid wide-body dumper are analyzed.According to its load characteristics in different transportation stages, the working modes of the hybrid power system are divided.The control strategies based on rules or the principle of minimum equivalent fuel consumption are proposed for different working modes, and the value of the optimal fuel-electricity equivalent factor and the use interval of battery SOC are determined.Finally, the proposed control strategy is simulated under target operating conditions, and the effectiveness of the control strategy and the optimized parameters is verified.
