摘要
为了提高主轴箱的刚度并降低教学用小型机床的质量,采用一种全新的衍生式设计方法,完成机床主轴箱轻量化设计,并将优化前后的箱体进行静力学分析,验证优化结果,在满足强度、刚度等使用条件下获得质量更轻便的床身结构。
In order to improve the stiffness of the headstock and to reduce the weight of the small machine tool for teaching, this paper adopts a new generative design method to complete the lightweight design of the machine tool headstock. The static analysis of the headstock before and after the optimization is carried out to verify the optimization results. On the premise of meeting the requirements for the strength and stiffness of the headstock, a lighter machine tool is obtained.
