柿竹园矿山控制系统就地及远程操控方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着科技水平的日益提升,远程控制技术和手段应运而生,通过将其运用在矿山装备上,有利于提高矿山自动化运行程度,从而大大提升现有的开采效率。基于此,文章将通过分析柿竹园就地控制和远程控制设计思路作为切入点,分别从就地控制、远程控制及两种控制融合等方面对现有系统进行剖析,进而针对各大系统提出改造方案,实现各大系统的就地及远程控制,达到提高生产管控水平和强化安全管理的目标。 With the increasing level of science and technology, remote control technology and means have emerged as the times require.By applying it to mining equipment, it is beneficial to improve the automatic operation degree of mining equipment, thereby greatly improving the existing mining efficiency.This paper will analyze and study the existing systems from the aspects of local control, remote control and the fusion of the two types of control by analyzing the design ideas of local control and remote control in Shizhuyuan, and then propose transformation schemes for major systems, to achieve local and remote control of major systems, to improve the level of production control and strengthen safety management goals.
