摘要
文章对某复杂包裹铅锌矿矿石性质、物相组成,多元素组成进行了分析,并开展了先磁后浮、混合浮选、优先浮选工艺对比及闭路流程研究验证。结果表明:通过铅、锌、硫依次浮选工艺可获得铅精矿品位57.38%、回收率93.25%;锌精矿品位41.64%、回收率88.82%的选矿指标。
The comparative process among the magnetic floating,mixed flotation and preferential flotation were studied and closed circuit flowsheet were represented according to the properties,phase composition and multi-element analysis of of a lead-zinc ore with Complex packaged Minerals.The resulted showed the lead concentrate with grade of 57.38%and recovery of 93.25%,as well as the zinc concentrate with grade of 41.64%and recovery of 88.82%are obtained by the sequential flotation process of lead,zinc and sulfur.
