摘要
通过电解二氧化锰生产工艺流程研究,分析了电解二氧化锰杂质铁增量原因,根据生产数据比对分析,剥离机锤头磨损是工艺流程中铁含量增加的主要原因。通过有限元分析方法结合拓扑优化设计,着重设计优化了剥离机锤头,根据剥离锤头应力分析和疲劳分析,找出剥离机受力薄弱环节,并模拟分析出剥离机锤头使用寿命,为剥离机锤头更换、精细化管理提供了依据。
Based on the research on the production process of electrolytic manganese dioxide,the reason for the increase of iron in electrolytic manganese dioxide impurity were analyzed.According to the comparison and analysis of the production data,the main reason for the increase of iron content in the process was the wear of hammer head of stripping machine.Through the finite element analysis method combined with topology optimization design,the hammer of stripping machine are designed and optimized.According to the stress analysis and fatigue analysis of the hammer of stripping machine,the weak link of the force of stripping machine was found out,and the service life of the hammer of stripping machine is simulated and analyzed,which provides a basis for the replacement and fine management of the hammer of stripping machine.
