摘要
某铜冶炼工程生产工艺过程中产生多种职业危害因素,防护设施的设置对危害因素的控制起关键性作用,各类通风、除尘设施的型号、功率、设置形式、数量等,直接影响各生产岗位危害因素浓度的控制效果。根据危害因素检测结果,该铜冶炼厂熔炼炉出铜口、下料口、行车室等岗位铅烟、砷及其无机化合物的浓度超过国家职业接触限值,其他岗位化学毒物的浓度均符合职业接触限值;结合各岗位设置的防尘、防毒设施,对危害因素的控制效果进行研究,针对超标岗位提出整改对策及措施。
A variety of occupational hazard factors occur in the production process of a copper smelting project,the setting of protective facilities plays a key role in the control of hazard factors.The model,power,setting form and quantity of various ventilation and dust removal facilities directly affect the control effect of the concentration of hazard factors in each production post.According to the detection results of hazardous factors,the concentrations of lead fumes,arsenic and its inorganic compounds in the smelting furnace copper outlet,feeding outlet,and driving room of the copper smelter exceeded the national occupational contact limit,and the concentration of chemical poisons in other posts meets the occupational contact limit.Combined with the dust-proof and anti-virus facilities set up at each post,the control effect of the hazard factors is studied,and rectification countermeasures and measures are proposed for the posts that exceed the standard.
