摘要
手持式光谱分析仪具有体积小、携带方便、测量精确度高等特点。在原料异常判定上即插即用,实现快速分析,提升了原料检验效率。文章通过介绍手持光谱分析仪的工作原理及基本构造,对其在铜精矿检验中的应用性能进行调试,并将测试结果与化验分析结果进行比对,寻找最佳测试模块,为推广光谱分析仪在铜精矿检验中的应用,提高检验效率奠定了基础。
The hand-held optical analyzer has the characteristics of small volume,easy to carry and high measurement accuracy.Plug and play in raw material abnormal judgment,realize fast analysis,improve raw material inspection efficiency.This paper introduces the working principle and basic structure of handheld spectral analyzer,tests it application performance in copper concentrate inspection,and compares the test results with the test analysis results to find the best test madule,which lays a foundation for popularizing the application of spectral analyzer in copper concentrate inspection and improving the inspection efficiency.
