农村社会组织培育中的社会资本影响研究——基于雄安新区S村的分析

Research on the Influence of Social Capital in the Cultivation of Rural Social Organizations:Based on the Analysis of S Village in Xiongan New Area

为了更好发挥出社会组织对农村社会发展的作用,越来越多的本土化农村社会组织被培育起来。本土化的农村社会组织发育成长在农村社会,使其自身具有更加贴近村民、整合和满足村民需求的优势,但同时也会使自身的培育过程更加容易受到农村社会的影响。为了探究农村社会对农村社会组织的影响,以更好推动农村社会组织的培育,以社会资本为视角,从社会信任、关系网络、社会规范三个维度去进行实证探究。在基于实证探究的基础上,整合社会资本以促进农村社会组织培育。

In order to better play the role of social organizations in rural social development,more and more localized rural social organizations have been cultivated.Localized rural social organizations grow up in rural society,so that they have the advantage of getting closer to the villagers,integrating and meeting the needs of the villagers,but at the same time,it will make their own cultivation process more susceptible to the influence of rural society.In order to explore the impact of rural society on rural social organizations,in order to better promote the cultivation of rural social organizations,from the perspective of social capital,from three dimensions of social trust,network,social norms to conduct empirical research.On the basis of empirical research,social capital should be integrated to promote the cultivation of rural social organizations.
