摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,涉农专业大学生返乡就业问题已成为支撑农业现代化转型和农村可持续发展的关键,而互联网+技术助推农工类高校实现精准就业服务已成必然趋势。在我国农业迈入数字化发展阶段的时代背景下,针对农工类高校毕业生所面临的就业困局,提出了在互联网+基础上,构建精准的对接引流、指导帮扶、人资成长与技能培训服务机制,以提升涉农就业质量,并为乡村振兴注入鲜活动力。
By further promotion of country revitalization strategy,the problem of returning agricultural majors to their hometowns for employment has become the key to support agricultural modernization and rural sustainable development.At the same time,internet plus technology has become an inevitable trend to boost agricultural and industrial universities for achieving accurate employment services.Under the background of China’s agricultural digital development stage,a service mechanism of flux matchmaking,careers guidance and hr development was established on the base of internet plus,which would improve the quality of agriculture-related employment and inject fresh energy for country’s revitalization.
