随着我国经济的快速发展,作为国民经济支柱产业之一的建筑业也获得了快速发展,主要表现为:建筑业生产能力得到明显提升,生产规模不断增长,行业总体实力不断壮大。建筑行业因建筑施工具有一次性、复杂性、高空、露天作业多、劳动人员密集、从业人员成分复杂、职工整体素质较低、安全意识差等特点,决定了施工过程中难以避免不确定性,施工过程、施工环境复杂又变换不定,不安全因素增多,加上施工的流动性与施工设施、防护设施的临时性,容易使施工人员产生松懈麻痹思想,忽视安全防护设施的质量,致使安全隐患难以及时排除,因此,必须重视现场安全管理工作,进一步落实安全生产责任,采取有效措施消除安全隐患,加强建筑从业人员安全培训、落实现场安全管理措施、保证合理的安全投入,最大限度的减少安全事故发生,保障社会和谐稳定发展。
