建筑工程项目管理中的施工现场管理与优化研究

对于建筑工程项目来讲,施工现场管理水平将在较大程度上影响到工程是否可以顺利完成。现场管理人员要严格按照流程规范进行监督,将施工现场的技术优势进行充分发挥来全面提升项目管理效果。虽然当前建筑工程项目管理在方法和理念上都有了长足进步,但是由于现场管理细节还不够全面导致项目管理还存在一些问题。基于此,文章就首先就基本概念展开论述,然后分析现场施工管理的重要作用,接着针对建筑施工现场管理基本要点作出概述,最后重点就建筑工程项目管理中施工现场管理优化措施提出几点建议,希望可以促进建筑工程现场管理工作进步。

For construction projects,the level of construction site management will greatly affect whether the project can be successfully completed.The site management personnel shall supervise in strict accordance with the process specifications and give full play to the technical advantages of the construction site to comprehensively improve the project management effect.Although the current construction project management has made great progress in methods and concepts,there are still some problems in project management because the details of site management are not comprehensive enough.Based on this,the article first discusses the basic concepts,then analyzes the important role of site construction management,then summarizes the basic points of construction site management,and finally puts forward some suggestions on the optimization measures of construction site management in construction project management,hoping to promote the progress of construction site management.
