冲孔灌注桩是一种常用的灌注桩施工技术。施工方法是在施工现场用锤头直接冲击成孔,安装钢筋笼后灌注混凝土形成桩基。结合新苏港候工楼工程实例,分析了施工管理的重点和难点,总结了桩基的相关经验,希望能为类似工程在实际工程中的应用提供参考。

Punched cast-in-place pile is a common construction technology of cast-in-place pile.The construction method is to directly impact the hole with hammer head at the construction site and form pile foundation by pouring concrete after installing reinforcement cage.Combining with the example of Xinsugang Waiting Building Project,this paper analyses the key and difficult points of construction management,summarizes the relevant experience of pile foundation,hoping to provide reference for the application of similar projects in actual projects.
