100 t全废钢电弧炉冶炼过程氧气消耗量影响因素分析

摘要 吹氧是电弧炉冶炼过程中实现助熔、脱磷和脱碳等炼钢任务的重要手段,合理的电弧炉用氧制度体现了先进的技术经济指标和生产水平。文章以某厂100 t电弧炉为研究对象,采用现场调研数据分析和理论模型分析相结合的研究手段,对影响电弧炉冶炼过程中的氧气消耗量的因素进行分析。结果表明,因受电弧炉留钢、留渣操作等影响,按单因素统计装入量、电耗、通电时间、天然气消耗、钢铁料消耗、碳粉消耗、终点[C]等对氧耗量的影响时,天然气消耗量对氧耗量的影响占比最大,达到50%左右,碳粉消耗、终点[C]等影响次之,部分因素与氧耗量的关联规律不明显。 Oxygen blowing is an important means to realize the steelmaking tasks such as melting facilitation,dephosphorization and decarbonization in the smelting process of electric arc furnace.A reasonable oxygen consumption system of electric arc furnace reflects advanced technical and economic indicators and production level.Taking a 100 t electric arc furnace in a plant as the research object,this paper investigates the factors affecting the oxygen consumption in the smelting process of electric arc furnace by means of data and theoretical model analysis.The results show that due to the influence of steel and slag retention operation of electric arc furnace,when the influence of loading amount,power consumption,power on time,natural gas consumption,scrap consumption,carbon powder consumption and end-point[C]on oxygen consumption is taken into account according to single factor,the influence of natural gas consumption on oxygen consumption is the largest,up to about 50%.The effects of carbon powder consumption and end-point[C]are the second,and the correlation between some factors and oxygen consumption is not obvious.
