摘要
文章设计了基于工业机器人的全自动上下料系统。该自动化系统摒弃人工上下料操作模式,以FANUC工业机器人代替人工操作,实现了压缩机工件自动上下料的操作,提高了总装生产线的生产效率,经济效益显著提升。
In this paper,an automatic loading and unloading system was designed based on industrial robot.In the automation system,FANUC industrial robots are employed to replace manual operation of loading and unloading.As a result,automatic loading and unloading of compressor workpiece was realized,leading to an increase in the efficiency of assembly line production and a marked enhancement of the company’s economic benefits.
