摘要
ABS树脂是以聚丁二烯胶乳(EBR)为接枝主干通过乳液聚合的方法进行接枝共聚反应制备分散相,再与连续相掺混,制备综合性能较好的ABS树脂。本文对影响ABS树脂性能的接枝聚合进行了研究,得出了接枝聚合的最佳制备条件。
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resin was prepared by graft copolymerization of polybutadiene latex(EBR)onto the main stem by emulsion polymerization,which was dispersed phase,and then mixing with continuous phase to prepare ABS resin with better comprehensive properties.The graft polymerization affecting the properties of ABS resin was studied,and the optimum preparation conditions of graft polymerization were obtained.
