基于模流-结构联合仿真的某乘用车保险杠面罩分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以某乘用车保险杠面罩为研究对象,通过对工艺参数DOE试验设计,选出保险杠X向变形最小的工艺参数组合,进而指导试模,通过模流仿真结果与实际试模结果对比,验证了模流仿真结果的有效性,通过模流-结构联合仿真结果与试验一致性对比研究,验证模流-结构联合仿真的高精度,联合仿真精度可以达到86%以上。通过对保险杠模流-结构联合仿真方法的探索,旨在找到适合汽车塑料件模流-结构联合仿真的一体化解决方案。 Taking bumper as the study object,the DOE of craft parameter was used to obtain the craft parameter which X direction displacement was the minimum.Contrasting the results between mold flow simulation and test,the validity of mold flow simulation was proved.Through comparison between mold flow-structure co-simulation and test results,the accuracy of mold flow-structure co-simulation was high,and it could achieve more than 86%.Through the exploration of the co-simulation method of bumper mold flow-structure,the aim was to find an integrated solution suitable for the co-simulation of automobile plastic parts.
