摘要 碳纤维增强环氧树脂是一种先进复合材料,它采用碳纤维和环氧树脂通过一定的复合成型工艺制成,具有轻质、高强、耐高温、耐疲劳、透电磁波和耐腐蚀等优异特性,优于传统的玻璃纤维增强复合材料,已被用于开发和制造各种医疗器械和零部件。着重介绍CT扫描成像系统中的先进复合材料解决方案,包括材料的性能和选择,CT床面板和头托部件的制造工艺技术等,为新型医用复合材料部件的开发和应用提供参考。 Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites,as a kind of advanced composites,were made with carbon fiber and epoxy resin through a certain moulding process method.They had better properties than traditional glass fiber reinforced composites in terms of light weight,high strength,high temperature resistance,fatigue resistance,electromagnetic wave penetration and corrosion resistance.And they had been applied into the development and production of various medical equipment and components.The advanced composite solutions in CT scanning imaging system were introduced,including materials properties and selection,manufacturing process technology of CT bed panel and head support parts,to provide references for the development and applications of new medical composite parts.
