产业融合视角下养老地产发展路径研究——以安徽省为例

On the Development Path of Pension Real Estate from the Perspective of Industry Convergence--Taking Anhui Province as an Example

随着我国人口老龄化问题的加重,养老地产也迎来了新的机遇与挑战。文章从产业融合的视角分析养老地产与旅游产业的融合趋势。利用SWOT分析法研究安徽省养老地产发展所面临的优劣势;结合2000—2019年安徽省相关数据,运用熵值法和耦合度模型,分别从地产经济环境、养老环境、旅游环境3个层面,测算养老地产与旅游产业的融合度。实证表明,2019年安徽省养老地产与旅游产业已达优质协调等级,并基于此,为安徽省养老地产的发展提出建议。

With the aggravation of population aging in China,pension real estate has also faced new opportunities and challenges.The integration trend of pension real estate and tourism industry is analyzed from the perspective of industry convergence.Through SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of pension real estate in Anhui Province are studied,and combined with the relevant data of Anhui Province from 2000 to 2019,the integration degree of pension real estate and tourism industry is calculated from the three aspects of real estate economic environment,pension environment and tourism environment by using entropy method and coupling degree model.The empirical results show that the pension real estate and tourism industry in Anhui Province have reached high-quality coordination in 2019,based on which,suggestions are then put forward for the development of pension real estate in Anhui Province.
