摘要
产教融合、专创融合为地方应用型本科院校人才培养提供了新理念和新模式。文章通过构建“产教+专创”双融合人才培养质量指标体系,运用IPA分析方法,对人才培养质量进行综合评估。研究认为,“产教+专创”双融合人才培养质量通过基础、平台、过程和成效4个维度予以体现;“产教+专创”双融合人才培养的过程和成效受重视程度较高,而人才培养基础和平台的受重视程度有待加强。IPA分析发现,师资水平、师生互动、校企合作和创新创业是“产教+专创”双融合人才培养的优势所在,人才培养规划、创新创业思维和社会实践能力培养尚需保持,而人才培养制度保障、政府、社会、行业、企业协同育人还要进一步强化。
The integration of industry and education and the integration of specialty and innovation provide a new concept and model for the talent training in local applied undergraduate colleges.A quality index system for the talent training of the dual integration of“industry-education+specialty-innovation”is first constructed,and then the IPA analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate the talent training quality.The research shows that the talent training quality of“industry-education+speciality-innovation”is reflected in the four dimensions of foundation,platform,process and effect.The process and effect are highly valued,while the foundation and platform need to be strengthened.According to IPA analysis,the level of teachers,teacher-student interaction,school enterprise cooperation,and innovation and entrepreneurship are the advantages for the talent training of the dual integration of“industry-education+speciality-innovation”.Talent training planning,innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and social practice ability training need to be maintained,while the guarantee of talent training system and“government-society-industry-enterprise”collaborative education need to be further strengthened.
