酒在中药制药与用药过程中的古今研究进展 被引量:7

Ancient and modern research progress on liquor in process of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy and medication

摘要 古人很早就认识到酒的药用价值,并广泛用于防病、治病。近现代以来,受到酒与化学药物相互作用的影响,酒在中医药中的部分传统用法被大幅简化,对中医药的临床疗效产生了一定的影响。基于此,挖掘整理了酒在中药制药与临床应用过程中的用法,总结出“以酒炙药,矫药性”“以酒浸药,行药势”“以酒煎药,激药性”“以酒服药,引药力”“以酒敷药,促药性”等基本观点,并从现代视角归纳常用酒类的活性成分和药理作用,分析酒对药物吸收的作用以及酒与药物相互作用可能引起的不良反应,旨在继承发掘酒在中医药中的特色用法,认识酒的科学内涵和临床价值,促进中医药临床疗效的提高。 The medicinal value of liquor has been recognized by the ancients for a long time,and it was widely used for disease prevention and treatment.In modern times,due to the interaction between liquor and chemical drugs,part of the traditional usage of liquor in traditional Chinese medicine has been greatly simplified,which has had a certain impact on the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on this,the records of correcting the medicinal properties with concocting medicine with liquor,enhancing drug effect with soaking medicine with liquor,irritating properties of decoction with liquor in decocting traditional Chinese medicine,eliciting the drug power with taking medicine with liquor and assisting the medicine with liquor in topical application of medicine were excavated and sorted out.Active ingredients and pharmacological effects of commonly used liquor from a modern perspective were summarized,and the effect of liquor on drug absorption and the possible adverse reactions caused by the interaction between liquor and drugs was analyzed,in order to discover the characteristic usage of liquor in traditional Chinese medicine,understand the scientific connotation and clinical value of liquor,and promote the improvement of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
