摘要
在教育提质时代背景下,成人高等教育发展转型中探索“校企校”合作的联动式教育,以提升学生的职业技能,实现中等职业教育与成人高等教育有效衔接。在对合作主体、学校教学、学习者、合作机制的分析中,尚存在合作定位不够清晰、课程体系不完善、就业偏好不同、保障机制落实不足等诸多困境,影响“校企校”的合作教育。可通过明晰主辅定位、整合课程资源、增强职业认同感、健全合作机制来克服困难,促进“校企校”合作的可持续发展。
Under the background of improving education quality, we should explore the linkage education of “school-enterprise-school” cooperation in the development and transformation of adult higher education, so as to improve students’ vocational skills, which can realize the effective connection between secondary vocational education and adult higher education. From the analysis of cooperation subject, school teaching, learners and cooperation mechanism, we find that there are still many difficulties, such as unclear cooperative localization,imperfect curriculum system, different employment preferences and insufficient implementation of guarantee mechanism that can affect cooperative education about “school-enterprise-school”. We can overcome difficulties and promote the sustainable development of “school-enterprise-school” cooperation by clarifying the main and auxiliary position, integrating curriculum resources, enhancing professional identity and improving the cooperation mechanism.
