专业群多元全生态教学质量保障体系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提升高职教育质量,“双高计划”提出重点支持一批优质高职学校和专业群率先发展,以移动通信技术专业群为例,构建了“多元协同”的全生态教学质量保障体系,学校联手行业、企业多元协同,从学生个体生态、课程生态、专业群生态出发,对人才培养目标、教学过程、教学质量监测、教学资源与组织管理全方位进行质量保障,从宏观层面实现专业群人才定位与社会、学生需求的匹配,中观层面实现人才培养质量与专业群人才培养方案的检验,微观层面引导学生实现个性化学习,为“双高计划”专业群的人才培养质量保障建设提供了新思路。 In order to improve the quality of higher vocational education,the“double high plan”proposes to support a number of high-quality higher vocational schools and professional groups to take the lead in development.Taking the mobile communication technology specialty group as an example,we have built a“multi-collaboration”ecological teaching quality assurance system.From the perspective of students’individual ecology,curriculum ecology and specialty group ecology,this paper provides an all-round quality guarantee for talent training objectives,teaching process,teaching quality monitoring,teaching resources and organization management.From the macro level,we position the talents of the professional group.From the middle level,we realize the inspection of talent training quality and talent training program of professional groups.From the micro level,we guide students to realize personalized learning,and provide new ideas for the construction of talent training quality assurance of the“double high plan”professional group.
