摘要 针对老石旦等4座选煤厂的S-3GHMC系列超级旋流器的工业性试验报告,采用质量效率指标分析这些设备的工艺效果,揭示了两个现象:一是质量效率与重介质旋流器一、二段入料的可选性呈定量的相关关系,且第二段入料的可选性变动对指标影响更大些;二是重产物正配率优于轻产物正配率,二者的差值也与各自入料可选性呈定量的相关性,尤其是第二段入料可选性变动更为敏感。 The separation performance of the S-3GHMC series cyclone applied in four Chinese CHPPs(including Laoshidan CHPP)was evaluated by analyzing the quality efficiency of the equipment based on the industrial test report.The following conclusions are obtained:First,the quality efficiency is quantitatively correlated with the washability of 1st stage feed and 2nd stage feed,in which the 2nd stage feed washability plays major role;Second,the correct placement rate of heavy product is better than that of the light product,and the difference is also quantitatively correlated with its own feed washability.The correct placement rate is more sensitive to the 2nd stage feed washability.
