选煤厂煤泥再选工艺分析研究

Study on reconcentration of coal slime in coal preparation plant

针对炼焦煤选煤厂煤泥浮选不彻底及浮选环节适应能力差等问题,以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司七星选煤厂为例,分析研究煤泥再选工艺流程。在论证扫选、精选的基础上,通过局部工艺改造,根据煤泥可浮性的不同,灵活进行二次浮选,实现提高浮选精煤抽出率,增强浮选环节适应性,进而提高企业综合经济效益的目的。

In view of the problems of incomplete flotation of slime and poor adaptability of flotation link in the coking coal preparation plant of Qixing Coal Preparation Plant of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper processes the local process transformation by analyzing the feasibility of sweeping and beneficiation and designs a flexible secondary flotation process according to the floatability of coal slime,which improve the extraction rate of flotation clean coal and the adaptability of flotation links,and greatly improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the enterprise.
