摘要 黑眼泉选煤厂精煤、中煤磁选尾矿经分级旋流器+煤泥离心机回收后,由于粗精煤灰分在12%~14%之间波动,掺入精煤会造成重介精煤严重“背灰”,掺入中煤,影响精煤产率,造成资源浪费,经济上不合算。为了提高精煤产率,通过对螺旋分选机分选效果的现场考察和可行性研究,最终确定将粗煤泥采用螺旋分级机进一步分选。项目实施后,全厂精煤回收率提高2.93%,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。 In order to improve the yield of clean coal,through on-the-spot investigation of the separation effect of the spiral separator,and after feasibility study and project approval,the final decision was made to change the coarse coal slime recovery system from single system to double system,the spiral classifier is used to further separate the bottom flow of the magnetic tail classifying concentrating cyclone for clean coal,which not only ensures the quality of clean coal products,but also increases the yield of clean coal and maximizes the economic benefit.
