夹套冷却式工艺烧嘴的研发及在水煤浆气化的应用

Research and development of jacketed cooling process burner and its application in coal water slurry gasification

针对气化炉用工艺烧嘴易出现损坏泄露、腐蚀、龟裂的问题,研发了一种新型结构的工艺烧嘴,可以增大冷却水的流通面积,提高换热效率,适应不同煤种的需要以及达到更好的雾化效果,提高碳转化率,延长工艺烧嘴的使用寿命。

Aiming at the problems of damage,leakage,corrosion and cracking of process burner used in gasifier,we developed a new-type burner.The burner can increase the circulation area of cooling water,improve the heat exchange efficiency,adapt to the needs of different kinds of coal,and achieve better atomization effect,enhance the carbon conversion,prolong the service life of process burner.
