水利水电工程是我国重点的工程建设项目之一,对我国经济的发展具有重要影响,其可为民众日常生活及社会生产所需要的水电供应提供保障。水利水电工程属于大型的建设项目,施工工期较长,建设过程中会对生态环境造成一定影响。因此,本文首先对生态性水利水电工程建设原则、问题及水利水电工程对生态环境的影响、保护措施进行了详细分析,然后又对工程建设中生态环境效应评价体系的构建展开了深入探讨。

Water conservancy and hydropower project is one of the key engineering construction projects in China,which has an important impact on the development of China’s economy.It can provide guarantee for the supply of water and electricity required by people’s daily life and social production.Water conservancy and hydropower projects are large-scale construction projects with a long construction period,which will have a certain impact on the ecological environment during the construction process.Therefore,this article firstly analyzes the principles and problems of ecological water conservancy and hydropower project construction,as well as the impact of water conservancy and hydropower projects on the ecological environment and protection measures,and then discusses the construction of the ecological environment effect evaluation system in the project construction.
