火力发电工程中项目进度管理运用

Application of Project Schedule Management in Thermal Power Projects

目前,我国主要的发电形式为火力发电,这也奠定了火力发电工程的长远发展,与其他工程项目比较而言,火力发电工程的施工难度更大、耗时更长,而项目进度管理的运用尤为重要,其能够很好地解决工程建设过程中面临的难题,使发电效率有所提高。基于此,本文探讨了当前火力发电工程建设面临的难点,以及阻碍项目进度控制的原因,并提出提高项目进度管理的措施,项目进度管理在火力发电工程中的具体运用措施。

At present,the main form of power generation in China is thermal power generation,which also lays the foundation for the long-term development of thermal power generation projects.Compared with other engineering projects,thermal power generation projects have difficult and longer constructions,while project schedule management application is particularly important,it can well solve the problems faced in the process of project construction and improve the power generation efficiency.Based on this condition,this article discusses the difficulties faced by the current thermal power generation project construction and the reasons that hinder the project schedule control,and proposes measures to improve the project schedule management,and the specific application measures of the project schedule management in the thermal power generation project.
